Randi Lauren is a strategic leader and advisor, known for helping high-capacity individuals align vision with action—bridging faith, leadership, and influence. With a deep background in business, sports management, and personal development, she brings a powerful blend of spiritual insight and strategic experience to her work.
Originally from the East Coast, Randi grew up in North Carolina and went on to excel at the University of Georgia, earning All-American honors in track and field before completing her MBA.
For over 20 years, she has built an impressive career in professional sports and athlete branding, working with high-profile NFL players such as DeMarcus Ware, Brian Urlacher, Ryan Tannehill, Dont’a Hightower, Eddie Lacy, Julio Jones, Keith Brooking and countless others.
During her 15-year tenure at a full-service NFL sports agency, Randi managed hundreds of athletes and negotiated more than $50 million in brand deals on behalf of NFL sponsors. Her work with Ware Enterprises — the business collective of Hall of Famer and Super Bowl 50 Champion DeMarcus Ware — is a testament to her commitment to helping athletes merge their God-given gifts with platform, profit, and purpose.
Randi has been invited to speak as a panelist at numerous leadership conferences and workshops, offering unique insight into purpose, discipline, and character in business and beyond.
At the start of her professional journey in sports management, she saw a need to shepherd young athletes from their college careers to their professional paths. With the evolving NIL landscape allowing young talent to earn income earlier, Randi saw the risk of money taking root before purpose was established. That realization inspired the foundation of Ascension by Randi Lauren — a guiding force to protect, support, and launch athletes and leaders into their full potential without compromising their faith or freedom.
